The charm of Shirataki marinated in Masago is the combination of the unique texture of Shirataki and the rich flavor of cod roe. Shirataki is par-boiled to remove the odor, and then slowly stir-fried in Taihaku sesame oil to bring out its crispy texture and aroma.
The flavor of cod roe combines with the butter to create a creamy taste. In particular, by turning off the heat and mixing, you can enjoy the sticky texture while taking advantage of the flavor of cod roe.
