Epirecipeimages ' unique materials started out as documentary photographs of "Recipes to be Preserved for the Future = Epirecipe " by three of Japan's leading chefs, Mamoru Kataoka, Toshiyuki Wakitani, and the late Takashi Tamura, and are celebrating their 13th anniversary this year.
