Coriander rice beef rolls are made by using coriander-flavored mixed rice and then wrapping it with beef. This dish is delicious even when cold and is recommended for parties and special occasions.

The ingredients used are cilantro-flavored mixed rice, thinly sliced ​​loin meat, potato starch, all-purpose sauce, and salad oil. Prepare enough portions for 2 people.

Use about 12g of coriander-flavored mixed rice for each piece of beef. Wrap beef around rice. When rolling it, use a damp kitchen paper and squeeze it into a tea towel. Lightly sprinkle potato starch on the end of the roll.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and arrange the beef rolls with the seams (ends of the rolls) facing down. Once it's browned, flip it over so it's evenly cooked all over.
