Rose-flavored panna cotta is a gorgeous and elegant dessert. The creamy texture of panna cotta is complemented by the scent of rose water and rose jam.
The unique feature of this panna cotta is that it is removed from the mold and served in a bowl when finished. To enjoy the creamy texture, the amount of gelatin sheets is set slightly higher. In addition, if you are scooping it up with a spoon or serving it as is after solidifying it in a glass container, you can adjust the amount of sheet gelatin to around 7g.
The base of panna cotta is heavy cream, milk, and granulated sugar, and orange and lemon zest and coffee beans are added for flavor and accents. Boil and mix gelatin sheets, add rose water and mix briefly, then cool and solidify the panna cotta liquid. By letting it harden in the refrigerator, you can enjoy a smooth texture and rich flavor.
